How To Make a Balloon Flower

 

These flowers are great for table decorations as well as hanging on the walls.

What you'll need:

• air pump
• 7 5" latex balloons (5 for the petals and 2 for the center)
   



 

 

Step 1: Inflate 2 of the 5 petals, 6 pumps each, then tie together to make a duplet. Repeat.

 

 

 



 

 

 

Step 2: Inflate the 5th petal, 6 pumps, and tie into one of the duplets.

 

 

 





 

Step 3: Twist one balloon from the duplet with one balloon from the 3-balloon cluster.







Step 4: Inflate the 2 center balloons, 3 pumps each, and tie into a duplet.



Step 5: Flaten the 5 balloon petals, then slide the duplet between 2 of the petals. Twist the 2 petals around each other to lock the duplet into place and you're done!
